Here's my latest layout:

I did it for this week's ad challenge over at Scrappay Divas and I really like how it turned out! That's one of my favorite baby Cayley pictures.

Some exciting news--I just found out that I will be able to sell my designs in about a month. So if you have an idea for a kit that you'd love, let me know and I'll try to make it happen!

This week was my turn to come up with a challenge over at Scrappay Divas! So, I have made a little paper pack to give away, and the challenge is just to create a layout with at least one of the papers. Click over to Scrappay Divas to download it. :)

Here's the preview:

Just got some exciting news about the layout I posted yesterday! I'll post more when I know more. :D

In other news, I was tagged by Tabby! Within less than a week of blogging even! I'm supposed to put seven songs I'm enjoying now, which is hard because I typically only ever hear kids music, so here's seven songs or groups that I like:

1. Wildflower--came out about 5 years ago, can't remember who it's by--we sing it to Cayley
2. Almost everything by CAKE
3. Almost everything by Toad the Wet Sprocket or the members once they broke up
4. You say it best when you say nothing at all sung by Allison Krauss
5. Vivaldi's Four Seasons, esp. Spring
6. Pachabel's Canon in D
7. Laurie Berkner, because that's what I hear most often and therefore end up singing!

As for tagging 7 others, well, I don't like to send on forwards so I'm not sending this, but if you read and want to do this on your own blog, consider yourself tagged and leave me a post below so I dont' miss it (just in case you're not already in my bloglines). :)

This is a layout I've been planning since before Cayley's 2nd birthday when I started making a list of the things she was saying. To make this layout I used paper, ribbon and fibers from Michelle Swadling's Primrose kit (slightly recolored), Esprit Special Round tag by Durin Eberhart (slightly recolored) and a sanded overlay by Nancie Rowe Janitz of ScrapArtist along with lots and lots of fonts I didn't note down.

Here's a little layout I did with my new Kindergarten Bliss kit--Maddie got a hold of a green washable crayon this weekend.

Warning: drool + washable crayon makes a big mess!

So many amazing free kits over here:

I just finished downloading 29 free mini kits, and I didn't even get them all! The folks over at ScrapArtist are going to have a tough time deciding who to pick as their new team members!

I also found this: So just in case I don't get around to making the calendar I want, Shabby Princess can come to the rescue!

I just finished posting about a new crop over at Gotta Pixel! Here's the link:

It's the second "How'd They Do That?" crop and we'll be going over how to turn your photos into B&W and then add back a touch of the original color. And for attending (and staying) I'm giving away a kit named "Kindergarten Bliss."

Well, I finally set up a blog! I don't have a definate plan for what I'll post, but I'm sure I'll come up with something. :)

Just about everything I'm doing lately other than taking care of my little sweeties is has to do with digital scrapping! Either making layouts of Cayley and Madeleine or making up kits for Gotta Pixel or the Scrappy Divas blog! Someday I'll get back to quilting (need to finish Maddie's baby quilt!) and sewing the girls' some more cute little outfits. And I'm always on the lookout for tasty, from scratch baking recipes!

My blogger header is made with a great template from Jennifer Layden at Jennilyn Designs and made with my own digital papers inspired by the fabric I used in Cayley and Maddie's scrappy baby quilts!

For the time being, check out the links on the side: Gotta Pixel (a great mega kit that I had a part in is available for free as a part of 3 crops Wednesday!), my layout gallery there, and the Scrappay Divas site!
